Case study #10 Health History Mr. Payne is a 45 y/o white male patient with a chief complain of “lower back pain for two weeks.” History of present illness includes lower back pain for two weeks after lifting box. Describes as sharp stabbing sensation. Temporary relief then agitated after playing softball with daughter. Today had trouble getting out of bed and pain radiates down leg to ankle.
